The guys arrived just ahead of their scheduled time and got right down to business, did an amazing job on some pretty tough areas and even left their air handlers (and some clean booties) with us overnight to make sure it was all dry. Final bill actually ran a bit lower than their estimate - how often does THAT happen? Highly recommended!

Scott and Spencer arrived at exactly the scheduled time. They did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and an area rug. One heavy-traffic area needed extra attention and when they were finished, the carpet there looked like new. I have used Precision for years and continue to be impressed with their professionalism, caring and responsiveness.
