Very responsive, reliable, reasonably priced, friendly, and excellent job on the carpets. What more can you ask? Oh, and they use non-toxic citrus-based products, and came back the next day to make sure I was happy with the job. Also, the owner Doug was great and perfectly happy to adjust the start time based on a change in my schedule. I have used Precision several times before and will continue to use them!

Doug was great to work with in getting our townhouse rental cleaned and ready for the next tenant. Although his company does not normally work on Saturdays, he found an employee willing do to the job on a Saturday and the carpets cleaned up great. The previous tenant had a dog and there was so much hair in the carpet. His employee was able to remove all the dog hair and the carpet looked like new again. I highly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs. I will definitely be using them in the future.
